The charm arrived quickly and looked exactly as pictured. I like your collection of Pandora charms 2012. I like that this charm slides freely on the bracelet and doesn't screw on over the section dividers in the bracelet. Overall OK and I am keeping it. The charms on your website are quite nice and I especially like mine because it is given the good craftmanship, the heavy weight and the fact that it is two sided, I feel it is certainly worth the money.
