-refund & exchange principles
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please contact us at ticket system first to discuss the problem you are having.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for returned item and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.
Please be noted pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
-refund & exchange process
Please remember write the ORDER NO and the reason for the return on the package. You can return items within 10 days since you receive the products, and before that, please e-mail us at ticket system to get return address. They need to be returned with their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. Please attach a note with the following information:
•Your Order Number
•Product Code/Product Name
•Details of the reason for your return
•A refund or replacement as the solution for your return
After we get your returned parcel, we will notify you about your returned parcel. And then you will need to place another order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please be notified only damaged or faulty products can be returned for exchange. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.
-cancellation
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.
